Born on 24th of
August 1947, in
Milan. He has
graduated in Law at the Milan State Univbersity, with a thesis about sub-Agreements. The Law firm Studio Cartella was
founded in 1946 and, since 1985, has received the contribution of Prof.
Cartella. His area of expertise concerns the whole Commercial Law, including
Intellectual property; in particular, he is experienced in arbitration
proceedings, also as arbitrator, and renders his
consultancy in Dispute Resolution (also in superior jurisdictions) and
legal advice in business agreements. He has rendered his counselling in
acquisitions of companies and corporate branches.
Since 1995 he is Professor
in business law at the State University of Milan – Bicocca, faculty of
economics. He is speaker at several conventions pertaining to intellectual
property. He is also author of many monographs, essays, comments on Court’s
decisions, items on encyclopaedia and on commentaries concerning business
law, competition and intellectual property. He is member of the Committee of
Honour of the “Italian specialized departments of Industrial and Intellectual
property” magazine. He writes and speaks fluently English and French.

MARCO FAZZINI

Born on 30th of
September 1966. In
1990 he has graduated in Law at the State University of Milan, with a thesis
in Industrial Law about notable trademarks. Lawyer since 1994, he constantly
renders his corporate advices to many clients and works on Dispute Resolution
and on Industrial business agreements. He has held membership in the
Editorial Committee of the magazine AIDA (Italian Annuals of Copyright). He
is Teaching Assistant of Commercial Law at the State University of Milan –
Bicocca, faculty of Economics. He is also author of many publications
concerning Industrial Law and Copyright. He writes and speaks fluently
English.

MARCO MARIO LOCATELLI

Born on 2nd
October 1975, in
Milan. In
2000 he has graduated in Law at the State University of Milan, with a thesis
in Industrial Law pertaining to European Trademarks. Since 2001 he
collaborates with the Law firm Studio Cartella, dealing with Dispute Resolution
and Industrial business agreements. He is a lawyer since 2004.
From 2000 to 2003 he has
collaborated with the Department of Industrial Law at the University of Insubria
(Lecco).
Since 2004 he is Teaching Assistant in Business Law at the State University
of Milan – Bicocca, faculty of Economics. He is author of several
publications concerning intellectual property law. He writes and speaks
fluently English and Spanish.

BENEDETTA CARTELLA

February 1980, in
Milan. In
2004 she has graduated in Law at the State University of Milan, with a thesis
in Industrial Law pertaining to Complex Trademarks. She is legal practitioner
since 2005, when she has begun her collaboration both with Prof. Maurizio Pinnarò,
from Law firm Studio BDL in Rome,
and with Law firm Studio Cartella. She works on Dispute Resolution and
business Agreements in Corporate and Industrial matters. Lawyer since 2008.
She is Teaching Assistant
of Tourism Law at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, faculty of
Linguistic Sciences. Author of many publications about Intellectual Property
Law, she writes and speaks fluently English and German.
